HHMI Names Yang Dan as Investigator

On May 27, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute announced appointments for 56 researchers from around the country, including Yang Dan, Professor of Molecular and Cell Biology and member of the Graduate Group in Bioengineering. This is one of the most sought-after honors in biomedical research and guarantees research support for five, ten, or more years into the future. Dan is among nine other HHMI investigators at Berkeley.
