Research
We work at the intersection of computational single-cell omics, systems immunology, and cellular metabolism. We develop data-driven algorithms to study metabolic regulation of immunity and apply them to study metabolic dysregulation in cancer, autoimmunity, and other disease states. We are an interdisciplinary team that emphasizes strong collaborations between computational biologists, “wet” biologists, and clinicians.
