Our lab focuses on speech and language in the human brain. We are particularly interested in how individuals learn new languages, and how dynamic brain states affect learning and encoding. We use direct brain recordings (ECoG, single units), stimulation, psychophysics, and non-invasive neuromodulation approaches to address these questions.
