Students from Professor Steven Conolly’s lab took First Place in 4 of the top 12 categories of poster awards against stiff international competition at the World Molecular Imaging Conference in Philadelphia this month.
PhD student Zhi Wei Tay won 2nd place in the Young Investigator Award for his talk on “Eight-fold Improvement in Magnetic Particle Imaging Resolution with Pulsed Drive Waveforms”.
PhD student Ryan Orendorff won the Industry First place award, and Daniel Hensley, Elaine Yu, and Xinyi Zhou won First Place poster prizes.
WMIC is the industry’s largest molecular and cellular imaging conference, with over 4,000 attendees.
