Bioengineering PhD student Akwasi Apori has been selected as a 2010 UNCF Merck Graduate Science Dissertation Fellow.
The UNCF Merck Graduate Science Research Dissertation Fellowships are awarded by national competition to support to outstanding African-American students who are pursuing studies and research careers in biological and chemical sciences.
Apori is a graduate student working in Berkeley Bioengineering Assistant Professor Amy Herr’s lab. Learn more about the fellowships at UNCF.
